SELECTMEN APPROVE PERMITS, ADVANCE COFFIN POND DAM PROJECT

NH SUGAR HILL — Sugar Hill Selectmen advanced the Coffin Pond dam project through a new grant funding avenue. The board approved multiple building permits and construction/operation approvals for town properties, and approved building rentals for North Country Chamber Players. Town Administrator Jennifer Gaudette reported a Eversource solar refund of $2,025.29.

Most significantly, Chris Ellms is coordinating pursuit of the Aquatic Resource Mitigation Fund, a state program financing water resource enhancement using developer mitigation fees, with a preliminary application due this month.
