NH SUGAR HILL — Planning Board conditionally approves Split Rock four-lot subdivision. Chairman Rob Hayward led a 3-2 vote granting conditional approval to Split Rock Partners for Tax Map #226 Lot 16, allowing the applicant to proceed while Red McCarthy and Doug Glover complete drainage reviews by September. The board also approved proposed covenants, with three votes in favor and one abstention.
Fire Chief Clark confirmed alternative pond locations are available if the Hadley Road site proves unsuitable.
