Selectmen approve building permit and address local concerns

NH SUGAR HILL — Sugar Hill Selectmen approve building permits and discuss several ongoing infrastructure concerns. The board approved a building permit for Steve Naboicheck to replace a deck and add a shed roof at Map 218, Lot 64. Selectman Chris Ellms reported meetings with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services regarding Coffin Pond, with a full meeting planned once DES completes its work.
Resident Joel Lanz raised concerns that the town did not adequately assist residents during zoning and planning board hearings on a proposed Blue-Sky Cell Tower, and the board agreed to share those concerns with the land use boards and clarify the complaint process.
