Conservation Commission responds to Split Rock subdivision with formal letter

NH SUGAR HILL — Sugar Hill Conservation Commission prepares formal challenge to Split Rock subdivision before March 4 Planning Board vote. Commission member Hayley Droppert will draft the Commission's letter of concerns, to be submitted alongside abutters' letters questioning developer precipitation data used in the proposal. Commission member Larry Sawyer will contact ACT, a conservation organization, to coordinate an approach to the subdivision concerns.

The Conservation Commission will also be represented at the Planning Board's March 4 vote on the subdivision's final approval.
