Select Board approves permits, addresses Fire Department operations

NH SUGAR HILL — Sugar Hill Select Board unanimously approves two permits, plans dry hydrant installation. The board approved a garage for Beres and Eisenberg and a generator for William and Elizabeth Warren, plus a highway request for ledge pack at the Crapo Building. Fire Chief Allan Clark presented his first quarter report showing 12 runs, 7 EMS calls, 25 members, and 2 EMS personnel, with four new members in training.

Chief Clark highlighted the need to renegotiate the expiring EMS contract with Littleton and reported planning for a dry hydrant at Connors Pond near the church.
