misc · Meeting of July 2, 2026

NH SUGAR HILL — Sugar Hill Planning Board hears conceptual proposal to subdivide Easton Road property. Property owner Paul Kaplan sought guidance on removing a deed restriction on his 42-acre lot purchased with his wife in 2010. Planning Board Chairman Rob Hayward advised Kaplan to obtain permission from previous owner Tim Casa, have a lawyer prepare a recorded letter to the Grafton County Register of Deeds, and consult with Presby Construction about septic-system feasibility.

No formal action was taken on the conceptual proposal.
