Select Board advances Coffin Pond land review before state decision

NH SUGAR HILL — Sugar Hill Select Board advances Coffin Pond land acquisition for dam rebuilding. Board Chair Chris Ellms will represent the town at an August 6 presentation before the Governor and Executive Council on the surplus land request. The board unanimously approved a six-month trailer extension for Marc and Julia Prisco and approved a building permit for Joseph Kaye.

The board also agreed to route a $5,000 fire department donation from Split Rock Properties through the general fund and return it via 2027 Warrant Article for Fire Ponds and Dry Hydrants.
