NH SUGAR HILL — Sugar Hill Cemetery Trustees approve $300 in miscellaneous budget funds for headstone repairs. The board unanimously allocated the funding plus existing reserves to restore headstones damaged over the winter, according to Sexton Peter Carbonneau's report. Acting Chair Kathy Jablonski reported that the committee plans to visit Hannah Cemetery to discuss future projects and discussed creating a state-required list of private burials in town through a newsletter request.
The board also discussed modifying the annual Memorial Day honor guard location process to invite resident nominations of veteran family graves.
